The connection to our territory and the commitment to sustainability have evolved in the production of exclusive wines. All our wines are DOC Colli Piacentini and are made with autochthonous grapes. Our pursuit of quality starts from the control of the whole supply chain, and is based on the balance between respect for traditions and openness to science and technology.

With our winemaker we verify each stage of production, which varies from wine to wine: Charmat Method for the sparkling whites, Traditional method for the red wines and Metodo Classico, our pride, dedicated to the founder Anacleto.

Our range includes the traditional Linea Tradizionale, the Linea Belcanto, dedicated to the Piacenza-born lyricist Luigi Illica,  one of the leading representative of the Italian opera, the Organic Line and the Due Querce Line, exclusively made with grapes from the winery’s very own estate.

Tradizionale

Belcanto

We dedicated this line to one of the leading librettist of the Italian opera, the Piacenza-born lyricist Luigi Illica. His best known librettos are the Puccini’s operas La Bohème, Tosca, Madama Buttefly,  and Umberto Giordano’s Andrea Chénier.

Bio

We are producing organic wines since 2012 in accordance with our commitment to sustainability. We focused our attention on our beloved valley, the Trebbia valley, and the organic grapes there cultivated.

Due Querce

Due Querce means two oaks. These wines are a selection coming from our vineyard best production.

Our winemaker

Stefano Testa , winemaker, started collaborating with us in 2002. His long experience and scientific knowledge allow him to plan the whole working process. He collaborates closely with the agronomist and the winery team which includes the management , the laboratory analyst, the quality control department. Every week we have meetings, tastings and analytical checks to guarantee the production of quality wines. In accordance with the winery commitment in sustainability he is recently trying to reduce chemical processing to favor physical ones.
